In 1997, Minhha Nguyen founded Minhha Pharmacy in St Albans with a heartfelt commitment to improving local health and creating a strong sense of community. A qualified pharmacist since 1989, Minhha took immense joy in building meaningful relationships with her patients and even learned Macedonian to better connect with the diverse community she served.
By 2002, Minhha Pharmacy had expanded to three locations—St Albans, Footscray, and Werribee—thanks to a dedicated team of pharmacists, dispensary technicians, and pharmacy assistants. To ensure the highest quality care, Minhha decided to focus on the Werribee store, where she introduced a wide range of services, including Compounding, NDSS, Medication Therapy Management, and more. This commitment to personalized care led to a rebranding of the pharmacy to Minhha Compounding Pharmacist Advice.
