Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Effective Date: 11 September 2024


This Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through Minhha Compounding Pharmacist Advice and minhhapharmacy.com.au.


At Minhha Compounding Pharmacist Advice, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to offering refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the terms outlined in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns.


Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. These include:

  • Services: If there is a major failure with the service provided, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for any reduced value.
  • Goods: In the case of a major failure with the goods, you are entitled to choose a replacement or refund. For minor failures, we are entitled to remedy the issue within a reasonable time.


You are also entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a failure in the goods or services.

If there is any inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

Change of Mind

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.


Products Damaged During Delivery

If a product arrives damaged due to delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us as soon as possible.
  2. Return the Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accompanying items.
  3. Replacement or Refund: We will arrange for the damaged product to be repaired, replaced with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.


Exceptions

We may refuse to offer a repair, replacement, or refund in the following cases:

  1. Misuse: If the product was misused and this caused the problem.
  2. Pre-existing Issues: If you were aware of the problem prior to purchase.
  3. Custom Requests: If you asked for a service or product to be altered against our advice or were unclear about your request.
  4. Other Exceptions: Any other exceptions provided under Australian Consumer Law.


Shipping Costs for Returns

We will bear the shipping costs in the event that a product fails to meet one or more of the Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Here’s how it works:

  • If the product can easily be posted, you are responsible for sending it back to us, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
  • If the product is too large or difficult to return, we will arrange for collection and cover all associated costs.
  • If we arrange and pay for the product to be returned but it is found not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund, you may be required to cover the shipping and handling costs.


Manufacturer Assistance

In some instances, manufacturers may offer additional assistance or warranties beyond what is provided under Australian Consumer Law. You may choose to contact the manufacturer directly for quicker resolutions, but you are not obligated to do so.


Response Time

We aim to process any requests for refunds, repairs, or replacements within 7 days of receiving your request.


How to Return Products

To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided below. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account/credit card used.

To be eligible for a return, repair, or replacement, you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Present a government-issued ID if requested.
